Throughout our 45+ years of experience in the tree nursery and horticultural space, we have gained extensive expertise in accessing the quality and value of trees and plants.

Our owner, Fred Driedger, is a Manitoba certified arborist and is qualified to access damage caused by fire or accidents for insurance claims. He has worked with several insurance companies, insurance customers, utilities companies, and oil & gas companies throughout Manitoba. Fred has also consulted for Manitoba highways and homeowners impacted by potential highway expansion.

Evergreen Valley Nursery have built a reputation amongst corporate leaders and customers as being a trusted source for horticultural expertise. Through the combination of academic studies at the University of Guelph's Ontario Agricultural College, arborist certification training, and hands-on experience, Fred Driedger has has gained valuable knowledge on almost all areas related to trees. He has been able to apply this aptitude to direct assessments of the health and viability of trees, which includes assessing affected trees over long periods of time. Although many arborists may possess this capacity on paper by attaining certifications, it is only through this hands-on, direct experience that someone can possess this wealth of trusted knowledge.
